FAQ

Q: Is there a charge?

A: There is NEVER a cost for our services.

However, we do accept donations that will be put towards gas, equipment repair and upgrades.

Q: How Do I Have an Investigation?

A: Once you have sent your request either via Email, Facebook, Twitter or Phone, our Case Manager, Sandy, will respond and get the details of your case.

Q: What is the investigation process?

A: The investigation will take place on the date and time agreed upon. We do ask for an hour allowance if we run late, as all of our team members work full-time jobs. We will contact you if this occurs.

The team will set up the equipment after a walk through has been conducted by the Found/Tech Manager and the Co-Lead. Enigma's team will then launch into the full scale investigation.

Q: Am I allowed to stay during the investigation?

A: We invite the homeowners to stay if they wish.

While there are always pros/cons of a homeowner taking part of an investigation. While our team may be there for a matter of hours, the homeowners are there every single day and can immediately help our team debunk any happenings if they are normal to the home.

Q: Do you have Psychics/Mediums/Clairvoyants?

A: We do not rely on any of these for investigations. While some of the team would be considered "sensitive" in the Paranormal Community. We do not advertise to have these abilities.

Q: Do you provoke or use items of the occult variety?

A: No! We get to leave, our clients have to stay in the home after we have finished the investigation. Unless we have been specifically told or asked, there will never be provoking.

We do not and will never use occult items in our investigations.

Q: Can you get rid of the ghosts?

A: While we will bring items to protect ourselves if there seems to be darker or non-human activity. There is never a guarantee that any group would be able to stop your activity.
